I definitely had a difficult time using these three today. I don't know but the formula on Song was a bit thick and the brush was annoying with the glitter, and it just glooped on the nail. It dried weird and not smooth. Not something I am used to with Zoya. Elisa was fine, I just don't like painting with red because it stains. the formula was fine and it needed two coats to be fully opaque. Suri, was another difficult color, the formula wasn't too bad but it tried to dry too fast. I wasn't a fan of the brush on this bottle. It was hard for me to get into "crevices" without getting polish all over my skin. I guess I just don't like dark colors like these because they aren't forgiving and stain so easily. These were easily my least favorite. However, if these are your colors, they are still pretty. Song is definitely a beautiful color.

As always I very much enjoyed the Zoya formula, I diid not have any problems applying the polish, They went on perfectly. However, I did not think Ray was that metallic-y. It was pretty, but it wasn't breath taking. I loved it more as a matte, when I added the Matte top coat. Fei Fei, however, is amazing. It is very much like Daul, in that it changes color and glitters like crazy in the sun. I absolutely love it. It is very denim-y. I think that Daul and Fei Fei are the stand outs of the Diva collection. They are definitely different.

Zoya NYFW 2012 Diva: Daul

Zoya Daul
Magic violet foil sparkle metallic

Zoya Daul is an amazing color shifting micro glitter. It shifts from purple in some light to gold in others. I fell in love with this color instantly. This color was so easy to apply and work with. This and Fei Fei are the biggest must buys of the new fall collections.

My first mani/pedi with MIL

Today I went for my for my first mani/pedi with my future mother-in-law. I had a blast. I haven't had one in years, so this was a real treat. The chairs were amazing and comfortable. The two women worked on my hands and feet at the same time which was amazing. I especially loved the massage. On my toes I picked out come to Poppy from the Nice Stems Collection. On my nails, I picked out some purple glitter which the lady had some problem with and proceeded to pick out a different color, and started doing my nails. The color was I Mainely Eat Lobster. It was pretty but not exactly what I wanted. Oh well. Anywho, I had a lot of fun with my MIL.

Quaker Soft Baked Bar in Banana But Bread
Where I kept my bar, in my purse, for those "OMG I AM HUNGRY" emergencies.

I was not a fan of these. I thought they would have more of a banana taste to them, they did not. They were also very dry. I was a bigger fan of their cookies. I probably would not buy these. If you are looking for something super healthy and love oatmeal, these are probably for you. I for one did not like them.

Zoya Katherine

2 Coats of Zoya Katherine.
Labe Shot!
I had the hardest time with this. I could not get full coverage. Maybe if I did a third coat. I love the color, but this one was way more difficult for me.

Half way done with my review of the new Zoya Fall colors I would have to say that the Gloss collection is the best by far. These are the flecks of fall. Jelly is the new "black," so to speak. I am in love with these three polishes. I have had several jellies from other brands and I have to say that these are by far my favorite. They go on the nail like a dream. You can use anywhere from 1-3 coats depending on the coverage you want. You can even go crazy and do what people call "jelly sandwiches." One coat jelly, one coat glitter, followed by a topping of jelly. It really does look amazing. I can't wait to do that with Paloma.

These are a definite must buy. I know I have convinced my sister she needs the Gloss Collection. She is as much in love with these as I am. These retail for $8 which is not bad. Zoya does not ship internationally and is only sold by Zoya in the U.S. for now. That is the only down side. They are definitely my favorite vegan and animal friendly polish. Great for pregnant women as well.
