This is the new Palmolive Fresh Sponge Dish Soap I received from Influenster in a recent VoxBox for review. I have used it to wash dishes for a couple weeks now and let me say it is pretty cool. I absolutely HATE sponges. I hate touching them. They make my hands stink, I would rather use a dish washing wand, because my hands always smell after touching a sponge and no amount of soap makes the smell go away. However, with the Palmolive Fresh Sponge, it definitely makes the sponge smell better.

First of all, you have to wring out the sponge after use, make sure you get all the food off and as much of the water out. And keep it out of the sink. Do not let it fester in the sink. That really helps this soap do what it is meant to do. It really should work, and it does. It smells really good too. I love the smell. I love smelling my hands after I use it. I like it better than Dawn. However, I don't notice a difference in my hands...I would say the moisture in my hands is about the same. So, I wouldn't say this is a moisturizing soap.

Oh yeah, you can throw your sponge in the dishwasher to disinfect it, if you want it to last longer, however, I am the kind of person that will just buy a new one. Also if you don't have a dishwasher, use Rubber gloves, that way you can get the water you use to wash your dishes hotter, it will kill a lot more germs that way. Or you can boil water after you're done washing your dishes and pour it over them. Sorry, my mom was a freak about germs.

(Almost all gone)

Anywho, I kinda actually liked this soap, and I would have never tried it if it hadn't been sent to me, our family is a Dawn family. Always has been. But, I really like this. I might have to make a switch. As Always Much Love,

Madness and Polish Goes Green

Madness and Polish Collide is getting prepared to go green for the entire month of May, for Mental Health Awareness Month. Hopefully, there will be 30 different green inspired manis to raise awareness for mental health. I will be sharing my story and what it is like being a thirty year old woman living with a bipolar disorder.

Zoya True Collection: Part 2 (Image Heavy)

My second part of the Zoya True Collection, the last three colors are Skylar, Tru and Lotus. These are amazing colors. My favorite of the six. The blue I think is the star. It has a fine micro silver glitter that has a subtle shine in the sun. True and Lotus are varied purples that both have tiny micro glitter. Lotus has pink and Tru has red. They are very pretty. I kind of wish Bevin had, had a bit of shine to it. As always these applies like a dream.

Essie and Tom's Barefoot In Blue

Yesterday, April 10th was Tom's Shoes "One Day Without Shoes," day. To promote April 10th, Tom's had an awesome giveaway where they teamed up with Essie and created a nail polish called Barefoot in Blue. They gave away 15,000 bottles of polish. I was lucky enough to win one. It was a total surprise, it just appeared in my mailbox one day. It was my first Essie, and it is a beautiful color for a wonderful company and cause. I love everything Tom's, I have two pairs, and was excited to go a day without shoes. So yesterday, I walked around without shoes, though to be fair I always do.

Below are swatches of the awesome color on my nails and not my toe nails, because my feet are a "hot mess," as one might say. I hope you like it as much as I do. I absolutely fell in love with this color.
